Joëlle Thiffault, a professional nurse by trade, brings a wealth of diverse expertise to her current role as Director of Business Development at L'Agence Services Santé. With 18 years of experience in healthcare, she has worked in demanding environments such as emergency services, intensive care, and even in the Far North alongside the Inuit communities.
Joëlle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UQAT and completed her nursing training at the CEGEP level. Having successfully operated her own personnel placement company for 5 years, her commitment to customer service is a major strength.
